Dell E5410 Placa: 48.4GN01.011 Não Liga.

Boa Noite,

Estou com um Dell E5410 Placa: 48.4GN01.011. Ao aperta o botão de Power, ascende o led de Power durantes uns7 segundos e desliga.

Tem tensão de 3 e 5V. Regravei as 2 BIOS e nada mudou. 

Uma observação: Sem a placa filha conectada na placa, que tem o botão power e as portas USB e LAN, as tensões secundarias são ativadas.

Podem me ajudar a analisar essa placa??

Já analisou se as tensões VS está sendo ativas? Veja se alguma fonte em curto com o terra.

Tenho tensões nas seguintes Bobinas:

PL4702 = 1,2V

PL4701 = 1,4V

PL4703 = 1,3V

PL5001 = 1,5V

PL5201 = 1,05V

PL5301 = 0,9V

Tensão normal nos Sources. Permanece até a placa desligar.

U4202 = 3,3V

U4203 = 5,1V

Tudo indica que e o PCH com com problemas.
