O cliente formatou o celular e não sabe o e-mai que colocou no aparelho. ele estar com a atualização de softuare de juninho 27 2018 (Essa informação vir no modo fastboot). não consigo fazer o desbloqueio pelo FRP, TENTEI PELO WINDOWS 10 E 7 E NÃO SAI DESSA TELA DE COMANDO (FOTO ABAIXO). Posted 4 Dec 2018 .PARA REALIZAR O PROCEDIMENTO COM FRP, EU DESATIVEI O ANTIVÍRUS, INSTALEI O DRIVER MOTOROLA. ME CERTIFIQUEI O CABO USB ESTAVA OK. TD CERTINHO.
